If you took any of todays top MMA fighters do you think they could score a takedown against a professional Sumo fighter? I’m not talking about using punches or kicks, I’m talking only about takedowns. Weird question I know I just was wondering

With the correct skill and techniques I don’t see why not. Size really isn’t that important when you are dealing with professional fighters.

Zulu, Gian Silva, MIghty Moe, Mark Hunt and Butterbean all have a good chance to score a takedown against a pro sumo wrestler.

I dont think i have ever seen a sumo wrestle sprawl!!
