Lyoto is light for light heavy weight and has had unexpected wins over Ortiz and Sokoudjou.
I’ve been looking around several answers about female mma, and most seem to believe the women mma doesn’t attract the numbers. But looking at fighters like Gina Carano, isn’t it reasonable to think that a women’s division could attract a following in UFC? Isn’t the a big part of EliteXC surviving because of Carano/Santos?
Hughes and Rush intoduced the players on the ESPN telecast of the game last December. I was wondering if they had the video on line and where I can find it.
Lyoto has shown that he is the best fighter of all times, where is the MMA values (if there is one besides the money)?
Lyoto is according to many fighters, the most original and dangerous fighter of the last fighting era.
How do MMA fighters train to have hard chins and heads and bodys so they can take a punch without getting KO?After I get back from Iraq I want to become ameture MMA fighter. So I want to know some of the fundamentals.
i know hes a real good wrestler but is georges st pierre more of a ju jitsu fighter or karate fighter
If Machida get past Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou at UFC 79 do you think that he would get a shot at Rampage? If he doesn’t who does he fights next and how many more fights will he have to win before he gets a shot? If he fights Quinton Jackson how do you think the fight would go? I want to see Machida fight someone who will really test him maybe Sokoudijou will be that fighter? I know I have asked a lot of questions.
Who r some of the best stand-up fighters in MMA?
No, not just fighters. "Stand-up" fighters. As a style of fighting. They mainly stand or atleast try to stay standing to fight.
i was watching ufc 83 on dvd and when georges st pierre’s entrance song came on it was some metal song
anyone know what it is?
I can appreciate the out-fighter style like a Floyd Mayweather or Lyoto Machida, I just find it boring to watch.
They depend on there opponent to press the action until they can capitalize on an opening. It’s more defence and counter strikes.
Imagine two Lyoto Machida’s going at it. They would both just stand and circle waiting for the other to make the first move.
Who’s next for Machida? What about Wanderlei Silva?
